Your CV, always ready: a 15-minute routine with your AI assistant
Great opportunities can appear any day. A 15-minute check-in every season keeps your CV up to date: capture your latest wins with your AI assistant and keep a fresh PDF ready to send. #CV #CareerTips #AI #ProfessionalGrowth #JobSearch #CvasYouAre

The best moment to update your CV is when things are going well: your latest results are vivid, the numbers are at hand and no deadline is in sight. Your professional story also moves quickly: in its Work Change Report, LinkedIn expects 70% of the skills used in most jobs to change by 2030.

The good news? Fifteen minutes, once a season, is all it takes to keep your CV as current as you are.

1. Collect your wins (5 minutes)

Look back over the last three months and jot down what comes to mind:

  • projects you delivered and the results they brought;
  • new skills, tools and certifications;
  • positive feedback and new responsibilities.

Rough notes are perfect. Numbers and concrete examples make them even stronger.

2. Let your assistant do the writing (5 minutes)

With your AI assistant connected, paste your notes and try prompts like these:

  • "Add these results to my current role, in short, concrete bullet points."
  • "Update my skills with what I learned this quarter."
  • "Refresh my summary so it reflects where I am today."

Every change is saved on CvasYouAre, so you can review it on the site and adjust anything you like. Check that each line sounds like you: your real experience is your best asset.

3. Keep a fresh PDF ready (5 minutes)

Ask your assistant to export the updated CV to PDF and store it somewhere handy. When someone asks for your CV, it is ready to send. Your PDF also carries all your CV data, so you can re-import it on CvasYouAre whenever you want to edit it again.

Make it a habit

Add a recurring reminder to your calendar, one for each season. A small routine like this also gives you a clear view of how much you have grown, which is a great boost before any interview or salary conversation.
